Contributor Guidelines
Business News Life welcomes original, useful work for business readers. We look for reporting, analysis, explainers, and informed opinion that give founders and operators clearer context for a real decision.
What to send
- A concise proposed angle and why it matters now
- The practical reader takeaway
- Your relevant experience and links to prior work
- Likely sources, data, or reporting access
- Any client, investor, employer, or commercial relationship connected to the topic
Our editorial process
We review pitches for originality, relevance, factual support, and conflicts of interest. Editors may request sourcing, revisions, disclosure language, or a different framing. Submission does not guarantee publication.
What does not belong in editorial
Unedited promotional copy, duplicate press releases, paid links, unsubstantiated claims, and articles written mainly to sell a service do not qualify as editorial submissions. Submitted announcements belong in the separately labeled Newsroom.
Before you pitch
Read our Editorial Standards, Fact-Checking Policy, and Disclosure Policy. Then contact the editorial team.
